<strong>&#8220;Avan\u00e7ar etapa&#8221;<\/strong> localizada na parte superior da tela<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na op\u00e7\u00e3o <strong>&#8220;Processos&#8221;<\/strong> existe funcionalidades que dever\u00e3o ser executadas no decorrer do fluxo de atendimento, sendo elas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Repasse de Atendimento <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Este processo repassa um atendimento para um atendente pr\u00e9-definido ou para um grupo de atendentes.
